Fitness Center Access Fee Effective Fall 2015

Students who want to use the Wellness and Fitness Center at the Texas Township campus this fall should register for a WPE class.

If you are planning to take a Wellness and Physical Education (WPE) course, you will have access to the Wellness and Fitness Center for the length of that course. If you’re not planning to take a WPE class this semester, or if you’re taking one that does not meet for the full semester, you should register for the Fitness Center Usage class, WFC 090 to gain access for the entire semester. This class only requires the cost of half of an in-district contact hour ($47.50 for Fall 2015) and enrollment in any other class.

You can enroll in WFC 090 at any time through the last day to withdraw from the semester, but the fee is not pro-rated and there is no refund after the first week of the semester. As long as you remain enrolled in classes, you will maintain access to the Wellness and Fitness Center using your student ID card. The card will become inactive if you withdraw from all of your classes. Please note that WFC 090 is not offered for credit toward a degree, does not count in your full or part-time status for the semester, and it will not be graded so you do not need to audit the class.
