College Closed January 22nd
The college is closed for business January 22nd. All campuses including the museum are closed. All classes (regardless of teaching and learning modality: face-to-face virtual or hybrid/blended) and college activities are canceled for the morning afternoon and evening. Employees need not report unless instructed by their supervisor.

April 26 Choir Concert

The Kalamazoo Valley Community College Choir presents its Semester Concert at 7 p.m. on April 26 in the Commons Theater room 4240. The Semester Choir Concert will include a variety of repertoire including the spiritual “I’ve Been in the Storm," gospel medley “Fly Away Home,” Harry Belafonte’s Jamaican “Turn the World Around” and a moving piece written to commemorate the attack on 9/11 “De Prufundis.”

The evening will also feature a student showcase including performances from the hit movie “The Greatest Showman,” the Broadway musical "Pajama Game," pop artist “Ed Sheeren”and more!

The Chorus is directed by Michelle Bauman and accompanied by Linda Richter. Refreshments will be provided. The concert is free and open to the public.
