In honor of Black History Month, Kalamazoo Valley Community College’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion invites the public to attend a free program “Beyond the Dream” – a deeper look at the perspectives of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

This interactive event takes place from noon to 2 p.m. on Feb. 8 in Room 4240 at the Texas Township Campus. Participants will examine the perspectives of Dr. King which were recorded in a ground-breaking television interview with former NBC news anchor Sander Vanocur in 1968.
