Band Presents February 28th Mini Concert

Chris Garrett will be directing the 60-member Kalamazoo Valley Campus Band presenting two mini concerts on Wednesday, February 28th at 1:00 pm and 1:25 pm in the Texas Township Student Commons area.

The two mini concerts will include several music selections including circus march "Prestissimo" by Karl King and "Ammerland" a musical description of the Netherlands.

The campus band has grown in popularity since its creation in 2003, tripling in size from just 20 members to now including 60. Members include students as well as community members with the shared passion for instrumental music.

The two mini concerts are free and open to the public.
