College Closed January 22nd
The college is closed for business January 22nd. All campuses including the museum are closed. All classes (regardless of teaching and learning modality: face-to-face virtual or hybrid/blended) and college activities are canceled for the morning afternoon and evening. Employees need not report unless instructed by their supervisor.

National Apprenticeship Week

The Department of Labor presents the 5th annual National Apprenticeship Week, Nov. 11 - 17 to highlight apprenticeship programs, facilities, and apprentices.

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, Kalamazoo Valley will host two events. On Tuesday, Nov. 12, sponsoring companies are invited to review Related Technical Instruction information and program requirements with the Director of Apprenticeships at Kalamazoo Valley. Students interested in learning how to become an apprentice are invited to an information session to learn more about the requirements and opportunities within the industrial trades. Students should stop by Room 5740 Nov. 13 between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
