November Art Hop

Kalamazoo Valley’s Center for New Media will feature the contemplative works of Elizabeth Ivey Hawkins, MFA, on Friday, Nov. 2 at the Center for New Media. Do not miss her eclectic and thought provoking show titled, #safespacepaintingproject.

The show is free and open to the public beginning at 5:30 p.m.. The Center for New Media is located in downtown Kalamazoo – a part of the college’s Arcadia Commons Campus.

Also downtown on Friday, the Kalamazoo Valley Museum will host a performance by local Native American storyteller and artist Larry Plamandon. He performs at 5:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. The Kalamazoo Valley Museum is located at 230 North Rose Street.
