Overdue Brew: Cooking with Beer

Join Chef Cory Barrett and Brewery Operations Manager/Brewer Jeff Sobolewski for a cooking demonstration utilizing beer when they participate in Overdue Brew, a series of Kalamazoo Public Library events highlighting Kalamazoo’s vibrant brewing culture, Feb. 9 at 2 p.m. (note the date change) at the Marilyn J. Schlack Culinary and Allied Health building.

They will prepare and taste different fun and tasty beer centered appetizers. They also will discuss beer pairing for each of the appetizers and welcome questions about cooking with beer.

Space is limited. Registration is required.
