The Board of Trustees will govern Kalamazoo Valley Community College in accordance with the Constitution and the Community College Act of the State of Michigan. The Board will always act in the best interest of the Institution and the community as a whole. The Board is committed to excellence, ensuring that the educational programs and other services of the Institution shall be of high quality and available to all people.
