Term Faculty Teaching Seminar
Term Faculty Teaching Seminar is intended to develop an appropriate theoretical and practical background for community college faculty who were trained in diverse disciplines. Emphasis will be placed on best practices, teaching 21st century adult learners, curriculum design, innovative instructional strategies, assessment, and the use of technology as an instructional strategy. This seminar will also prepare faculty participants to complete the required 2nd year KVCC teaching portfolio. This is required and only available for year one tenure-track faculty.
