Financial Aid Awarding - Priority Timeline

During the peak times listed below, processing of financial aid information submitted to the Financial Aid Office will take about 2 to 3 weeks. Please plan accordingly.

• June, July, August
• prior to the initial semester tuition due date
• prior to semester start date
• during the first month of each semester

Please make sure all requested documents submitted to the Financial Aid Office are signed by you and your parents (if requested) and your Valley ID # is placed on all forms.

If you register for classes and tuition is due prior to having your financial aid file reviewed, you will be responsible for the payment of your tuition and books.
