Eligible students must meet the definition of a special populations student and meet with the Special Populations Coordinator, Denise Lindsley. You can make an appointment by emailing her at . Members of special populations fall into one of these categories:
- Individuals with a disability
- Individuals from economically disadvantaged families
- Non-traditional training and employment participants
- Single parents, including single pregnant women
- Out-of-workforce individuals
- English learners
- Homeless Individuals
- Youth who are in, or have aged out of, the foster care system
- Dependent of Active Military Personnel
- Migrants
