Let us assist you with your questions and concerns and provide important information you need to know regarding; tuition payments, financial holds, payment plans, financial aid refund choices, and third party authorizations.
Fall Semester 2024
Payment for early registration is due Monday, July 15th by 7 pm.
Payment after July 15th is due within 5 business days.
Fall semester classes begin September 4th.
- A Payment Plan is available for fall semester. Go to www.kvcc.edu/myvalley and select: Set Up Payment Plan to enroll today.
- Registration will be closed for non-payment cancellations July 15th, 7:00 pm - July 18th, 7:00 am. Beginning July 18th, classes that are not paid for, on a payment plan, covered by financial aid, or covered by a third-party will be dropped after five business days.
- Students are responsible for dropping all classes they are not planning to attend, and are responsible for payment of classes in which they are enrolled. Students should not assume they will be dropped from their class(es) for nonpayment. It is the student's responsibility to verify his or her enrollment status.
- If you have registered for classes and are no longer planning to attend, you must drop those courses yourself before the end of the add/drop period or you will be responsible for the tuition owed. Winter Semester 2025
Payment for early registration is due Tuesday, November 12th by 7 pm.
Payment after November 12th is due within 5 business days.
Winter semester classes begin January 13th.

Non-financial Aid Refunds
Non-Financial Aid refunds will begin the week after the Last Day to Drop with 100% Refund. Payments made with credit/debit cards will be refunded to the same card used. If your payment was made with a check, cash, or directly from your bank account, a refund check will be mailed to the address on file with Admissions, Records & Registration.
If no additional changes will be made to the account, the refund process can begin immediately by contacting Student Financial Services at 269-488-4162. Please note the refund request must come from the student.
