About the KVCC Foundation

Why are gifts needed?

With your help, Kalamazoo Valley is able to provide the highest level of educational opportunities to its students. Additional funding is necessary to support academic programs, technological upgrades, scholarships, capital campaigns and more.

What is the KVCC Foundation?

Established in 1980, the Foundation accepts and administers both unrestricted contributions and those designated for specific purposes, such as student scholarships, the purchase of necessary equipment to improve instruction, and construction of new facilities.

The Kalamazoo Valley Community College Foundation serves as a an independent 501 (c)(3) charitable organization for the support of the college, its students, faculty, staff and affiliated entities.

The Foundation strives to be a well recognized, managed, growing, community-based Foundation meeting the needs of the college through charitable fund-raising and ethical financial management.
