This is an introduction course for those interested in majoring in drama or pursuing a career in the performing arts. Students will learn through theory, scripts and group work. The course is open to adults and youth and runs Oct. 7 through Nov. 13 on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6 - 8 p.m., in Dale B. Lake Auditorium located at the Texas Township Campus. The course costs $130. |

Kalamazoo Valley Community College's Student Financial Services Office is hosting several FAFSA® Nights to assist families in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®). Staff will be available to answer questions.
Students do not need to be attending Kalamazoo Valley to receive assistance in completing the FAFSA®. If you have questions or need help, stop by the Student Financial Services Office every Tuesday between 4:30 - 6:30 p.m., Room 9210 at the Texas Township Campus.

In her book Braiding Sweetgrass, Kalamazoo Valley's Visiting Writers series author Robin Wall Kimmerer describes the Indigenous principles and practices of the Honorable Harvest, which asks us to give back in reciprocity for what we have been given. This lecture series explores ways we can come together to nurture and restore the Honorable Harvest in our communities and in our everyday lives.
