Director of Kalamazoo Valley's Law Enforcement Training Center Victor Ledbetter is encouraging anyone thinking about a career in law enforcement to attend.
"There isn't a more noble profession than dedicating your life to the service of others," Ledbetter said. "Be the narrative change you'd like to see in the profession, by changing the profession from the inside out."
