International Spring Showcase Events Planned for March 28
Join us on March 28 for Kalamazoo Valley's International Spring Showcase! Come and celebrate the diversities and cultures that our international students bring to our campus community. Special events planned throughout the day will feature a variety of interactive activities across the Texas Township Campus. Join us at any of the following events:
International Cultural Showcase | 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. | Texas Township Campus Student Commons
Kalamazoo Valley Community College's International Cultural Showcase will celebrate the diversity of cultures found within our college's campus community. Students, faculty and staff will take part in the event, as they showcase their cultures with creative and interactive display tables that welcome guests to take part in conversations celebrating diversity. International Student Panel | 2 - 3 p.m. | Texas Township Campus Theater, Room 4240
This interactive student panel event will feature Kalamazoo Valley's international students and celebrates their diverse journeys and perspectives. Panel members will be asked questions from the audience about their cultures and experiences as international students in the United States. Light refreshments will be served.
Taste of Culture: An International Dinner | 5 - 7 p.m. | Texas Township Campus Theater, Room 4240
Come and join Kalamazoo Valley's international students for a buffet-style dinner, but with a twist, as cultural dishes are shared from around the world!
