College Celebrates Arbor Day April 25
The Arbor Day holiday is meant to encourage the planting of trees to benefit and beautify the environment. The college's celebration of Arbor Day gives us a chance to recognize and appreciate our beautiful campus while remembering those who have recently passed away by planting trees in their honor. Kalamazoo Valley has participated by holding a memorial tree planting since 2010. This year Arbor Day will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 25 at the Texas Township Campus Memorial Garden.
