Program Information

Engineering is the use of science and mathematics to design or make things. Engineers work in the innovation, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of structures, machines, materials, devices, systems, processes, and organizations.

Transfer Notes: This degree program provides the necessary course background for transfer to any engineering specialty area. Completion of these courses will prepare a student for majors in civil, construction, computer, electrical, industrial, mechanical, and paper engineering. Kalamazoo Valley also offers an Associate of Applied Science in engineering technology designed for both employment and transfer.
