Veteran Lounge

The Veteran Lounge, located in Room 4360, comes courtesy of a nearly $9,000 grant from the VetCenter Initiative grant program, a partnership between the Student Veterans of America (SVA) and the Home Depot Foundation to renovate/build/improve a center for veteran on campus.

The lounge provides a space for student veterans to study, connect, relax, and access veteran-specific resources as a centralized location. Located near the cafeteria, it includes couches, computer work stations and a multi-media center as well as a dining area, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.

VA work study students staff the lounge to welcome and assist new and current veterans. All registered student veteran and service members may have access to the lounge by using their Valley ID card.
