Important COVID-19 Information

While in the FSC lab or meeting face-to-face with staff, please honor all current college policies regarding mask-wearing and social distancing. Some computers in the lab will remain unavailable to allow for social distancing.

Walk-in, Zoom, and Phone Support

Our staff are often (but not always) available to take phone and walk-in questions from 9am - 5pm at the Texas Township Campus (TTC) rooms 7316 and 7314 (see map). If you’re on campus, feel free to stop by and see if our doors are open! However, if you need a guaranteed time to meet with us, please make an appointment.

We are happy to offer appointments via Zoom, phone, and face-to-face. To make an appointment, please call or email one of us directly at the contact information below, or reach everyone at facultysuccesscenter@kvcc.edu. These are perfect for in-depth help (such as setting up a gradebook) or just to ensure you can reach us at a time that works for you.

Faculty Computer Lab and Library: TTC 7312

Faculty can use their ID badges to access the FSC lab (TTC 7312) both during and after business hours. Inside you’ll find computers, printers, and scanners for faculty use. You’ll also find shelves of books related to teaching and learning; ask FSC staff to check one out, or simply leave your information in the binder.

Request a Canvas App (LTI)

New third-party Canvas integrations (also known as Canvas apps or LTIs) need to be submitted for review before they can be installed by an admin. Visit kvcc.edu/lti for more information and how to apply.
