Guest Information

Tickets

Tickets are required to attend the graduation ceremony on April 30. Graduates can reserve up to 10 tickets and will be required to pick up prior to Friday, April 28 at 5pm. There is no charge for tickets.

Parking

The parking structure and lot next to Miller Auditorium will be open for guests of the commencement ceremony. There is no fee to park.

Graduate Drop Off

If the graduate is arriving to the ceremony with you, please direct towards the east end of Miller Auditorium where the graduate check-in entrance is located in Shaw Theatre. Signage and staff will be present to help direct graduates and their guests.

Arrival and Seating

Guest seating will begin at 1:00 PM. Guests should arrive no later than 1:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM and the doors will be closed during processional. Guests will be seated with at least one seat between parties.

Bag Policy

Please note, when coming to Miller Auditorium, bags and purses should be no larger than 4.5" X 6.5" or approximately the size of small handbag/clutch purse. Anything larger than that may be subject to search or you may be requested to return the bag to your vehicle. Backpacks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
